Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of firstbridgelending.com. These terms are independent of any loan documents, which govern any actual lending relationship.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using firstbridgelending.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Permitted Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content from the Site without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source from the Site
  • Use the Site to transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code

4. Loan Inquiries & Submissions

The Site allows you to submit loan inquiries and other communications. By submitting information:

  • You represent that the information is true, accurate, and complete
  • You authorize First Bridge to contact you using the contact information you provide, including by email and (if you opt in) SMS
  • You acknowledge that submission of an inquiry does not create a loan application, loan commitment, or any obligation on the part of First Bridge to extend credit
  • You acknowledge that any loan, if offered, will be subject to underwriting, third-party diligence, executed loan documents, and applicable law

5. No Loan Offer or Commitment

Information on the Site — including loan product descriptions, rates, terms, and timing — is informational and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or commitment to lend. Actual loan terms are set forth in executed loan documents. All loans are subject to credit and asset underwriting and may be declined or modified at First Bridge's sole discretion.

6. Licensing Disclosures

Loans are arranged and made pursuant to applicable California licenses:

[CONFIRM] Licensing list is up to date; any out-of-state licensure required; whether broker-NMLS disclosures need to appear on every page of the Site per state rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and design — is owned by or licensed to First Bridge and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRST BRIDGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless First Bridge from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles.

13. Disputes & Arbitration

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
